Focus Fruit

Something not working? Write to us.

hello@focusfruit.app — one person reads it, and you will get an answer. Tell us your iPhone model and what you were doing when it went wrong; it saves a round trip.

The questions we get most

I did not get my sign-in code

There is no password — we email you an eight-digit code. Check the spam folder first. If nothing arrives, ask for a new one from the same screen; the old code stops working as soon as you do. Codes expire, so use the newest one.

My apps did not come back after a session

They should, every time, including if the app crashed or you force-quit it. If they are still locked, open Focus Fruit once and the lock lifts. If that does not do it, turn off Screen Time access for Focus Fruit in iOS Settings › Screen Time, and write to us — that is a bug and we want to know.

I paid, and the app still thinks I have not

Open the Pro sheet and tap Restore purchases. That asks Apple directly. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not come back, send us the receipt Apple emailed you and we will sort it.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Focus Fruit › Cancel. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep what you paid for until the end of the period. Refunds are Apple's to give — ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I changed phone. Where are my stamps?

Sign in with the same email address and everything comes back: your fruit, your name, every stamp. They live with your account, not on the phone.

I want my account deleted

Open your account settings in the app and choose Delete my account. It is gone at once, and it cannot be undone. Cancelling a subscription is separate, and Apple's to do. If you would rather we deleted it for you, write to hello@focusfruit.app from the address you signed up with. See the privacy page for what that covers.

Found a bug, or want something?

Same address. Bug reports that say what you expected and what happened instead get fixed fastest, and feature requests are read even when the answer is no.
